Service terms

3iMark is a fully managed service. We build, host, operate and maintain your gallery(ies) on our platform. Source code, script files and hosting or server access are not delivered to customers.
One-time plans (99 USDT for one gallery, 399 USDT for five) are paid once for the plan chosen and delivered as described in the plan. The monthly subscription (9 USDT per month, five galleries) stays active for each month that has been paid.
Crypto payments are not auto-debited. For the subscription you pay a new USDT invoice each month from your order page; your active-until date is extended when the payment is confirmed. Galleries may be taken offline if the subscription lapses.
Payments are processed in USDT (and other supported coins) through NOWPayments. Network fees and any exchange differences are determined by the payment provider and the blockchain.
We do not provide video hosting. Content is retrieved through supported third-party provider APIs; availability and usage conditions depend on the provider.
Domain registration and renewal, and any paid third-party API subscriptions, are separate unless explicitly included in your written agreement.
Using your own API provider is subject to technical compatibility, provider permissions and licensing terms.
Revenue is not guaranteed. It depends on traffic, audience location, advertiser approval, affiliate terms and conversions.
Customers must use lawful, properly licensed content featuring consenting adults and comply with age-verification, privacy, copyright and takedown requirements. We do not support non-consensual intimate content, stolen material or unlawful distribution, and may decline or suspend galleries that do not meet these requirements.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to your written agreement with 3iMark.
